My Story

I have always believed that healing and growth begin with connection — connection to self, to nature, to story, and to the unseen threads that weave our lives together. My journey has taken me through many landscapes: the quiet of rural mountains, the rhythm of creative practice, the rigor of research, and the deep listening of spiritual work. What ties it all together is the call to help others find their way with clarity, compassion, and courage.

As a spiritual counselor, I guide people through life’s turning points with tools that honor both the practical and the mystical. My background spans coaching, nonprofit and legal work, creative arts, and academic research — experiences that have taught me how to hold space for complexity and transformation. I draw inspiration from the natural world, where every cycle has its wisdom, and from the traditions that remind us we are part of something larger than ourselves.

Outside of my counseling practice, I am a maker, a writer, and a steward of land in the mountains of Western North Carolina. The same creativity that fuels my art and craft also shapes the way I approach counseling — blending intuition with structure, and vision with action.
