Terms of Service

By using this site or engaging Bright Raven Counseling, you agree to the following terms:
1. Services
We provide spiritual counseling and coaching services. Deliverables and timelines are determined on a client by client basis.
2. Payments & Cancellations
Cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours notice. Payments are to be made at the time of booking. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, timely information and participating in the process with care. Clients are responsible for their own medical and mental health care and decision making.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain rights to your content. I retain rights to original meditations, audio recordings, and music produced, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
5. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services at any time for any reason.
Disclaimer
Spiritual counseling is not psychotherapy. I am not a physician, psychiatrist, psychologist, licensed social worker, or licensed marriage and family therapist. I am a Buddhist minister, trained and certified in hypnotherapy, shamanic practice, and energy medicine, among other healing modalities.

​The spritiual aspects of the work are designed to help individuals connect with their divine source (however they may define their understanding of the divine).

The individual using Bright Raven Counseling services assumes sole responsibility for determining whether a coach or practitioner is appropriate for their needs.
